Okay, since my miscarriage in November we've been trying for 7 cycles now to get pregnant with zero success. Yesterday I was officially 2 days late for my period and scared to death to test. Baby Junebug should have been due on Sunday and I didn't want to see another negative test. But, I finally broke down last night and bought a FRER and tested, and this is what came up! Eeek!

I had my first dr visit and an u/s today. I really wasn't expecting an u/s since I'm only 5w4d and honestly I didn't want one :/ The tech only picked up an empty gestational sac, no yolk sac or fetal pole. I go back in 2 weeks to see if a baby has appeared. I know I'm not off on my dates and their u/s equipment is very good; I also know it could go either way with a blighted ovum or a healthy baby. This is torture If I'm going to have another miscarriage I don't want it to drag out forever

I hope that your u/s in the next 2 weeks shows a healthy bean! Even with being right on with your dates and having good equipment, baby could be snuggled in a spot that the instrument just couldn't pick up.

Did they measure the sac? How are they dating your pregnancy, by lmp or O date? Your dates could be off by just a few days and that makes all the difference in seeing a yolk sac. Praying for you!!!!

Those super early ultrasounds are the worst. Thinking of you and hoping you get great news at your next appointment. I think that out of everything, the waiting is the absolute worst.
