question about tickers

I want to update my siggy with those tickers that shows how long it's been since we lost our angels. I don't know which day to count from. Do you count from the day you found out, the day the baby stopped developing, or the day the tissue passed/was removed? I don't know what to do for pg #1; the one in the tube along with the tube was removed 8/3, but the one in the uterus stopped developing sometime in July. I didn't even know about the intrauterine one until my post-op appt 3 weeks later, but since it was also removed 8/3 do I just count from that day? So right now my siggy just says July/August.

I had a problem with that too...I just went with my D&C date.

I used the date that the baby stopped developing for mine.

I used the day I started to bleed even though I am sure she was gone before that as I stopped having pregnancy syptoms before that. It has been hard for me to read a lot of stuff on this board but making the ticker made me very happy. What a nice way to remember. What do you all think? Not as flashy as some others but still, I think she would like it.

I saw this kind of late, but I can understand the dilemma. We confirmed Cora no longer had a heartbeat on 5/1. I'm sure she died the night of 4/30. She was born on 5/2.

I chose May 2, because that day was the day that was closure for me. She may have passed earlier, but I was still pregnant.

Thanks Brittanie, that's sounds just exactly right. So I did choose 8/3 bc that was the day of the surgery where they took them away.

I used the day that we no longer had a heart beat and I started cloting. He probally died I am thinking 2 days before when I was having awful pain in the hospital but they had just finished the u/s so we just went with the day we found out he was gone.
