AF showed up 8 weeks after my m/c. It was very very heavy with lots and lots of blood clots. I thought it was quite strange to have that much blood clots. I had already passed all the tissue from my first m/c, so that was also why I was surprised to see that much clots.

Did anyone else get tons of clots too with your 1st AF after the m/c?? I'm almost positive that it could've been a 2nd m/c.

I had alot of clots for the first 2 AFs after my m/c....it was really heavy with bad cramps also!!! My cycle is now back to a regular 28 day cycle, it's been a lil over 3 months since my m/c.

Since my loss was full-term it's a little different for me. But my first two post-partum periods were more clotty than normal.

So you didn't necessarily miscarry again. Do you have reason to think you were pregnant again?
