Can you ladies help me with analyzing my OPK results? I can never really determine if the line is as dark as it should be to indicate a + OPK test. I took this test this morning with FMU, even though I know it's better to wait until later in the day, I was so anxious. Also, I have EWCM today and this line is darker than the all of the other lines on the other OPK tests that I have taken in the last 5 days.

There are 3 shots of the same OPK test... if you would let me know your thoughts I'd appreciate it.











Also my temp went up .31 degrees from yesterday, although I'm a bit confused about that too. It has been hanging in between 97.3-97.6 for most of the first part of my cycle. Then at CD 12 it went up to 97.94, CD was 97.66 and today (CD 14) it was 97.97.

Any thoughts???

HI i am a newbie here...just curious how you can tell its negative? which line is the control line? i have never used an OPK and plan on doing so this cycle and am curious on how to read the results as well. Thanks much.

Some of them will say T or C right on there but the Control line will always be VERY dark, like the right hand side line in the pics above. It's considered negative until the Test line is as dark or darker than the Control line. The diagram on the box will tell you for sure which line is the T and which is the C. HTH!

ETA oh, if you check out jrrusso20000's later post "New OPK pics, please humor me" you can see how much darker the line on the left hand side got when she tested later in the day, getting her positive.
