I was lurking, and clicked on your left-tube link in your siggy. First off, I've never seen pictures of ovaries before so I found that quite fascinating.

Second: I HOPEHOPEHOPE that your tube is regenerating! That would be so cool! Would it make it possible for you to not need IVF (even with the risk of further ectopic) or would you just do IVF anyway to avoid the risk?

I'll be on the edge of my seat waiting for the results of your SHG (not as much as you are though, I bet!)

Anyway, sorry for the blabbing, but I just had to let you know.

Hehehe . . . did you like the title on the page?
I know, that would be WAY cool if it regenerates!!! Then I will def. try to conceive naturally, even at the risk of more ectopics. My theory is that if is does grow back then it shouldn't be blocked or anything because it will be all new, right?
Now I'm just waiting on the first doctor (the one who thinks it's a blood vessel), he is trying to work out a deal with my insurance bc we pay at least 3x as much using his hospital. I actually would like to have him be my OB even though I hate his nursing staff (they are SO incompetent!!!) And the added benefit of it's only like 6 blocks away instead of 80 mi to the other one. So, once insurance is settled, I'll get the HSG. Heck, even if I don't get a better discount I still want the HSG.

Here's the stupid thing . . . . . . still no AF so aside from the extremely light brown spotting after the surgery, I haven't bled for 2+ months (last time was when I was in the ER at 5w3d), and this from a clockwork regular 28-day gal! And . . . my bbs just started to hurt, and I've been extra cranky and constipated . . . but no cramping and NO AF!!!!! URGH!!! So, does that mean AF is on her way, finally, or that it really is the tube and something better has happened? I figure if she doesn't show by next weekend, I'll test just out of curiosity.

the dr wants to get my insurance worked out first (I just dropped off the info yesterday), then we'll schedule one ASAP. I think for safety's sake and *just in case* I should have it done in the 1st half of my cycle, that is, if/when AF shows. He said if AF doesn't show within the next 2 weeks (well, a week and a half by now) to come in and get checked out for that too.
