I thought I O'd the other day...I had 2 higher temps (96.9, 97.0)...but today, my temp plummeted again.

I have 2 BBT thermometers...and I don't trust the one I've been using, because sometimes it turns off too soon. So last night, I got both ready to use for this morning.

1 bbt read 96.16
the other, used in the same general spot in my mouth, immediately after the 1st, read 95.99

Now, I'm not a Dr, but these seem really low!!!! I would have thought that it was bbt error...but I used 2 different ones!

I generally have low temps, and I'm always yawning and feel like I have low energy - I just usually pass this off as laziness, but now I'm starting to wonder...I'm always cold (I get chills/goosebumps if I sneeze in 90 degree weather!), and my cycles have always been long and irregular (if I'm not on bcp).

I have my 1st RE appt 5/29, and I'll bring it up then...but wanted to get other opinions now.

Does this sound like low thyroid? Or are low temps normal? Am I just grasping at straws here? Am I just paranoid?

TIA!!

Oh, I tried to post a link to my fertility friend chart...but I'm not sure it will work - if not, I'll keep working on it! Thanks!

looks like you haven't O'd yet, but temps look normal to me. if your concerned about it your dr shouldn't have a problem at least checking your thyroid though. it wouldn't hurt. i would definately talk to them about your long cycles though, you may need something like clomid to help you O.
