I made it!! I was sooo nervous before I went! I had read that I might have some cramping before I went so I was prepared... but OUCH! I am such a wimp but it hurt and for a little while I thought I was going to puke. DH and I actually got back around 2, but we layed down and took a nap.

Anyway, the doctor said that my uterus looked perfectly normal. She also said the right tube spilled like it was supposed to... but the left tube was a little slow in spilling. They are not sure what that means... the dye could have spilled out like it was supposed to, or what they saw could have been dye that came from the other side. So I am a little confused as to what that means. The doctor who did the HSG is not my OBGYN, she said she would share the results with my doc and he would call me next week. It doesn't help that they are still not sure why my HCG levels dropped and started going back up... they never saw anything on the u/s they did except some dark spots in the cervical canal. But they keep metioning an ectopic... but I don't think they really know what all that was. But this does mean I have at least one healthy tube and a normal uterus... right? That's good, I think...

aw i don't think your a wimp. when i got mine done i wanted to curl up in a ball and cry like baby lol. i'm glad everything went well and your on your way to getting some answers. so that's great news! let us know what the dr has to say when he calls you.
