Never thought I'd be here

Well, here I am TTC again, or rather, waiting to TTC again. We have to wait until I have at least one normal period before trying. I have definitely learned a few things from my experience. For one thing, early response HPT's are NOT a good thing. I have decided never to test again until AF is at least a week late. I still won't be in the clear, but at least I will feel a little better if AF doesn't show for a week. I must say this experience will make me THAT much more nervous the next time around. I am a healthy 29 year old with no history of woman's problems and if it can happen once it can happen again. DH has been wonderful throughout this whole thing. He has been making me laugh and staying positive for us when all I want to do is crawl into bed and cry. Thank God for him. Well, I just wanted to let ya'll know that I am joining you and even though I had decided not to come to the boards anymore, I think I need an outlet to grieve so here I am.

I am so sorry for your loss. My name is Amanda and I am 29 also... like you I have never had any problems. We have had 2 losses since August 2006 and all tests have come back normal... so we have no idea why we lost our babies.

Anyway, welcome to the board. The ladies on here are very supportive. I hope AF comes quickly for you!

Hey Maddie02,

I know just how you feel. I recently had an ectopic pregnancy and had my right tube removed. I wanted to just stay in the house. But, like you, I have a wonderful husband. He has been my rock.

One thing that I want tell you is something that I'm trying to learn myself and that is to NOT TO WORRY about the next time. I have put all those negative thoughts out of my head. I believe that my next time will be the right time. I know its got to be hard to stay strong. And it's even harder having someone telling you to stay strong when they have no idea what you've been through. Please take your time to grieve. You do deserve it.

We started TTC when I was 28 and now I'm 30 . . . I didn't have any history of problems either before the losses.

This is off topic, but I like your furbabies! I have 3 furbabies myself---a basset hound, beagle, and chocolate lab. Maybe I will post some pics soon.
