At what point in pregnancy is it safe to kind of let go of the worry and know that everything will probably be okay? Everyone tells me that the stress of worrying can cause problems, but I know I won't feel good about the pregnancy until after I've reached the 3 month mark. What do ya'll think?

I hate to be a downer, but I don't think that there's a point where you're ever completely "safe." I had a picture perfect pregnancy and then lost my daughter 12 days before my due date. She had the cord wrapped around her neck twice, and when she dropped it pulled tight and cut off the circulation.

However, the chances of miscarrying drop immensely by the time you get to the second trimester, and by the time you get to the 3rd, with healthy baby, you're more likely than not to get to bring that baby home.
