hey ladies i am starting to use opks and need all the help i can get lol never used them. k let me know if im right or wrong on this

k i know the lines have to be the same colour and u have to test at the same time everyday.

so what else do i need to know lol

The LH is released during the day. My OPK's say that the time range
is between 10 AM and 8 PM...so I usually do mine at 5.

You are also supposed to hold it for a while and limit bevarages a couple hours before using OPKs. When I have taken them, I would get a light line and it would get darker and darker... but everyone's different. Like mom 2 avery said, don't take them in the am... because you don't get your LH surge until later and would test negative. I can't think of anything else right now...
