How long does it take for AF to come back after a m/c? I know it is different for everyone but I was hoping to get an idea of the general time. It has been a month since my m/c. It was a natural m/c and everything passed within 24 hours. I only bled for about 6 days total and have had nothing since. I am ready to start trying again but I have no idea if I even ovulated. Any advice or info ya'll could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

**SHE SHOWED**

Thanks for all the responses but AF finally showed. I guess I should have waited a few more days and I could have answered my own question. I hope that everything is back to normal and I can start TTC this month.

My doctor said 4 to 6 weeks is average. I bled for 10 days after my m/c and I got my first AF exactly 6 weeks after my D&C. Hope that helps some.

It took 4 weeks for mine to come back. But I think it would generally take longer the farther along you are (since you don't ovulate until the hcg is gone from your system.
