I don't think it matters how long your AF lasted, as long as you did you your AF. I think my 1st AF after the m/c was about 6-7 days. With the first few days being quite heavier then normal.
I had a m/c back in January 0/7...been trying since then again. Just wasn't one of those that got lucky in conceiving quick after a m/c.
I think what you had was still considered miscarriage bleeding. Your first af after the miscarriage won't be for another 4-6 weeks or so. Probably since it was an early loss, it will be much like a normal cycle.

I think I've read that you should have at least 20 days of NO bleeding to consider it AF.
The reason why it's heavier is because when you O, the lining of your uterus thickens to be ready for a fertilized egg. In the case that you do fertilize that egg, and it gives off hormones, your uterus gets thicker in preparation. Hence why there would be more bleeding.
Thanks girls. I finished bleeding yesterday....which really was only 4 days or so of AF (if that was what it was). But like I said....does not really matter when I get AF again.....since I am not lucky enough to continue TTC.
