I started OPKs a few days ago and I don't even have a second line, which is odd. Usually I have at least a faint second line. I am using a different kind than usual (the 20day answer strips) but still.

I guess it's possible I missed it, since I didn't start testing until my HCG had been zero for a week or so and I've read some women ovulate once HCG is back to 'normal' levels.

It really varies woman to woman - some women ovulate within 2 weeks of a miscarriage, and for some it takes longer.

I had a m/c at 10 weeks in Feb, and I didn't ovulate until the next cycle. I got pregnant again in that cycle but miscarried, and so far it's been 20 days and I have had ovulation signs off and on but I don't think I am actually going to ovulate.

It really depends on a lot of things... sorry I can't be of much help. Good luck though!

I don't know...I used a OPK for the first time 2 weeks and 1 day after my m/c. At first the second line was fairly dark but not darker than the control. Now they are light again, almost non existant. I don't know if I'm misusing them, if I haven't o'd yet, or if it is possible I missed the surge that they talk about. I have no idea. It is frustrating playing the waiting game isn't it?

I use the Answer 20 pack as well(used em last cycle and got pregnant!), so I like them just fine.

I think it varies from person to person. Some people will O right after, and some won't O until after your first post-miscarriage period.

Good luck though! I'm kind of in the same boat....I'm having some EWCM, but I haven't bought any OPKs yet...so who knows.
