I had a miscarriage in marcha nd had a D&C done on March 21st. I got my first real period on April 16th and it lasted 6 days and I had bad cramps and bleed alot more than usual. then i proceeded to spot non-stop from the that period until probably arond may 7th. I went into to see the dr and had an ultrasound done and everything looks normal (i.e. no tissue left to cause non stop spotting) and she thought i might have an infection so she gave me antibiotics and she also said that the spotting could be caused by me not ovulating. So, its now May 16th, I have no signs of an oncoming period and i took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative. My cycles have always been around 30 days with the usual premenstrual symptoms and i havent gotten any of it. I was tested at the dr offices for anemia, thyroid and was given a quatitative HCG test also on the 7th of may. Everything was normal and my HCG was at 0.

What is going on? Where is my period?? How long will it take for me to get back to normal?

I'm in the same boat, except my cycles are now shorter than they used to be and not longer. I had my D&C on March 15th, AF returned on April 21st, then I got it again May 13th. And my temps are all over the place, none of my cycles look the same. It's just frustrating. I think a m/c can just really mess you up, which is really frustrating when you are wanting to conceive again.

It is frustrating! I spotted just a tiny bit everyday since the mc and then it just completely stopped on Friday and now, where is my period?? Its been 31 days since my last one. I have no period symptoms which is making me even more frustrated. I had my cycle charted to the day, it was like clock work. When i found out i was pregnant in February, i didnt have any period symptoms either and then i found out i was pregnant on cycle day 33. I would love to be pregnant right now but i doubt I even ovulated and since i now have no signs of AF showing up, i am getting worried. How am i ever going to get pregnant again if dont have AF?
