2 days ago I had some brown spotting and cramping, and TONS of EWCM, an almost positive OPK and ferns on my scope. I figured the spotting meant AF was on her way and the other stuff was just because of the miscarriage; that my body is wacked. Well yesterday nothing happened so I was trying to figure out what's going on. Today, I had red blood, but only when I wiped and only once. I put in a tampon, figuring I was starting my period, but since then no more blood, TMI but the tampon came out full of EWCM and the tiniest brown stuff, but no blood. I don't have any more cramps either.

What the heck is going on??? Is it possible I just ovulated and that's what the blood was all about??? I"ve never had this on/off spotting before.

It could be Ovulation. When you release an egg the follicle bursts and that could have produced the blood. You also could have a leftover follicle/cyst from your pregnancy that just decided to burst. I had some weird spotting after AF this cycle too. I also think it could be our bodies just trying to clear everything that might have been leftover.
