I had my D&C on March 21st and my first real period on April 16th, now I am still waiting for my second period to show up. Its been 36 days....should i be worried? I have no period symptoms and i have taken a HPT and its negative.

You could have just ovulated late this cycle so AF could be coming later or it is too soon to get a BFP.

You might be a little irregular after the D&C, which messes up your cycle a little because you bleed off schedule. After my D&C, I bled for a week, stopped for a week, then had a period (I think - either that or it was just one really long period). I don't expect AF to be on time this month.

Or, maybe you are preggo! :-) Those HPT's aren't always right!

i wish it was that i am preggo.

38 days and counting. I was spotting non stop for weeks and weeks and then two fridays ago, nothing! and no spotting since and no period signs. I dont feel pregnant.

It's been almost 4 weeks since my D&C and I still am spotting on and off, though the main bleeding has stopped. So if you're still waiting, you're not alone!

44 days here. No second period to speak of. I have no clue. Took another HPT and it was negative. I dont know. Maybe its never coming back and the dr's damaged forever with that D&C....

my dr gave me some provera to take but the directions state "Do not take in the first four months of pregnancy because it will cause birth defects"

What happens if i am pregnant and i take this progesterone??????? OMG!! I would seriously hate myself forever. I will wait another week. Maybe i did just O really late and i am preggo.

I am so inpatient.
