well i thought i posted this eairlier. but here it goes again lol.

well af arrived but it was very light it was spotting to light and im norm. really heavy. and i also wanted to let u ladies know im back and i will love to get this board moveing. i hope all is well w/everyone.

and i have a ? for u all if u was bleeding from spotting to light how would u mark that on ff?

I would mark the heaviest that you have in the day. If the spotting continues to an actual flow I would chart it as that and FF will start a new cycle. Sometimes it is hard to determine between spotting and very light flow.

if it's red and/or you need a pad i would mark it as a light flow on FF

well it is actually brn and then sometimes marroon and the pad could last the whole day if i wanted it to.
