The line is very faint. I took one yesterday and it was pretty dark for a FRER and came up fairly quickly. Today's is barely there. (if you remember on Monday my HCG was 53 and on Wednesday it only went up to 55 instead of doubling) I am pretty sure it is over. I am going to call my OB as soon as the office opens and see if they even want to wait until Monday to redrawl my labs. Now we know I CAN get pg but why won't it grow???? This is my second loss. I am not spotting at all or anything, which I didn't last time either until 9 weeks and still had to have a D&C at 10 weeks. At least this time I didn't have to wait that long. I am never going to be excited about a BFP again if it is going to bring on this much pain. I am sorry to be such a downer these days. Thank you for listening to me....I will update when I call the OB this morning.

I'm so sorry. That was my first sign that I was having my second m/c. I took a test a couple of days after a strong positive, and it was pretty faint. I started spotting the next day and had the m/c the following day. I hope that your doctor will run some tests and help you figure out what is going on.

BabyBird, are you giving up?!!!! This little bean is still in there and needs all your stregnth. That faint line could have been anything, urine more diluted or just the test itself.

Don't you give up, it's not over....fight, you can do it.

My prayers are with you, God will carry your worries for you.

No I am not giving up completely until I see the results from Monday. Thank you for all your support.

I did talk to my nurse today. She has been so good to me even though I have been bugging her everyday. I told her about the line and she of course said not to read into the darkness so much but agreed that it didn't sound promising. She is still hopeful for me that I prove everyone wrong on Monday but not optimistic that that will happen. I am prepared for it so we just have to wait. I asked her about ectopic because I read that when HCG doesn't rise it could mean early loss or ectopic and she said it is possible even though I am not at high risk for ectopic. That is one reason they will keep monitoring my HCG until it reaches 0. She also said that there are some testing that we can do but didn't go into detail because my DR will talk to me about all of that when I go in for an appt. I will make an appt after I get the results from Mondays labs. She did say that a lot of times women have two m/c in a row the first time and then have healthy babies. She thinks I just have bad luck...and I hope she is right because I would rather that than something really wrong with me. So now I just get to wait and see what happens.
