I had a m/c at the beginning of May and got my first post-m/c AF yesterday, I know you cant use tampons when having a m/c but is it ok to use them for your first after that?? Just wanna make sure?!? Thanks girls.

I had my D&C May 2 and am in the middle of AF too. I'm using tampons... I think it should be fine as our cervixes are well closed by now.

I used them on my first AF after my D&C. I was just told not to insert anything for 2 weeks after the D&C and AF came 4 weeks later. I am sure it is fine to use them.

I was also told to not insert anything for 2 weeks after my m/c. AF arrived a little over 4 weeks after, so I used tampons. I'm sure it is fine.
