My doctor gave me the go ahead to start trying already! So, DH and I are very excited and nervous! At my postpartum, my doctor did cultures and took lots of blood to figure out what caused my 20 week loss. Turns out I have two genes for mthfr and another blood clotting disorder (I cannot remember the name). I am on baby aspirin now and when I get preggers, I will be taking daily shots of lovenox and 17p shots starting at 16 weeks. So, I better get used to needles! . I am on CD8 and waiting to ovulate!! babydust to all! We soooo deserve it!!

Good luck with ttc! And I'm glad the docs were able to find out some answers for you and I hope the treatment does the trick for you! I can't imagine a 20 week loss and I'm so sorry you are having to go through that.

Oh my, your post looks like something I have written. I have the exact same thing going on with me. I remember you from the stillborn group. I found out that I also have the homogenous mthfr, and also elevated antiphosphlipid (sp?). So I too am taking a baby aspirin and once pregnant I will be taking a shot of heparin. We just started ttc again this month, although I am on cd29 and expecting that I am ovulating right now!! I hope we got enough bd'ing in, but not too sure. It would be great to have someone to go through this journey with to share all of the fear and pain and everything else. I wish you much luck this cycle and hope that we will both get our bfp's real soon!!

Yes, I was going to PM you about my DX after I spoke with the doctor because I remember seeing your post in the stillborn group (Still catching up at work after vacation). I am supposed to ovulate on Monday (first cycle after losing Caiden so I hope hope I do ovulate). I thought I might O on cd14 (friday) but no luck. So, it looks like we are spot on with ttc!
