i was wondering how many of our tempers on here still temp dureing af? and does it seem to help?

I temp during AF because fertility friend says to.. (I'm not sure why) But mostly because I need to keep temping going and not break the cycle so I don't forget to when af ends. Hope that helps!

I temp during AF. It's just a personal choice i made when i started temping again after my miscarriage.

I do. First of all, it keeps me in the habit so I don't forget after AF's over. That's the most important reason to me. But it also looks like more of a "complete" chart when there's not a chunk missing, kwim? That sort of reassures me that my charts are as complete as I can make them.

I do! If I don't then I will forget some after a/f and I am obsessive about having all my temps during the cycle.

I don't, mainly because I am up too often during the night b/c of AF... I go potty so much more at night with af here... If I don't at night then I will temp.
