OMG it is killing me!!! After my D&C I only had a 2 day moderate AF but after this last m/c this AF is soooo much worse!!! My OB said to expect it to be like this but I wonder if it will also be a long one or just heavy and painful. Hopefully it eases up soon. Anyone else have a really heavy first AF after m/c? How long did it last?

My first af after loss was really light. The next month was REALLY bad though.

I just finished with my 1ft AF and it was a killer! I had bad cramps and it was heavy for the first couple day with clots and unpleasantness (Sorry TMI). Good news is I only bleed for 4 day and spotted for 1 more now I am on day 6 and I am hardly even staining. I hope you feel better soon! Have a glass or two of wine, take a hot bath and call it a night.

I think that is about what I might do. The first two days were very painful and very clotty but today is much less crampy and no clots. Hopefully we are on the downslope and it only lasts another day or so!!
