ok i thank im out this mo. grrrrrr im cramping even more and tmi but bleeding a little more then spoting and it still isnt comeing out on the pad still just when i wipe so i dont understand at all.

yeah I wonder that too! I don't temp, but I can tell when my core body temp is warmer when I wake up, it was part of what made know what was going on last time I got pg. That's been going on this cycle too, the last 4 days, I've been very warm upon waking up, so if AF showed today, why on earth would our temps still be up???
