but I couldn't get in until Aug 21 at 8:30 am. But that is okay, it falls right where I want it in my cycle, just after AF is done. As I was looking at my cycle calendar to see if that date would work, I realized that also meant I will be expecting AF during our next trip to the cabin and will have it for most of the time we are up there - UGH - using an outdoor toilet, too. But, we are going up for our anniversary, and AF DOESN'T show up (meaning conceive in July, so Cheri could be right) that would be a wonderful anniv. gift!!!!!

I will now finally know whether or not that thing is my left tube and if they have grown at all since my last surgery. I sure hope so, I did a 4 month holistic course specifically aimed at that so we'll find out!!!

Good luck! I have an HSG tomorrow and I am really nervous!! I hope it is fine and we can TTC this cycle. Have you had one before? I know they said it won't hurt and it will be quick but I am still a little nervous!

I have had one before but it was done (without my knowledge) during the 1st surgery to remove the ectopic and the left tube so I have no idea if it hurt or not I guess they decided to do it as a spur of the moment thing since they were already in there. They pronounced my right tube "perfect" but it obviously wasn't as it was removed too with another ectopic a few months later.

Alot of ladies that have had an HSG said to take a pain reliever like Advil or Tylenol about an hour before the procedure and that has helped make it less uncomfortable. Good luck on yours tomorrow!!!

OMG it HURT!!! It really only hurt as she injected the contrast and went away almost immediately but it REALLY hurt!! It was quick though so it wasn't sooo bad. I did pretreat myself with aleve and I think it helped with not being so crampy afterwards. Good luck when you have yours again since you will feel it this time!
