On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss

You POOR women! How can you not have AC???!!! I am in Texas and it is our life line out here!

As for your temping question....it does not really matter that you keep your AC on b/c your body will regulate itself and your wake temp should always be about the same. But if you wake up and it is extra chilly or hot just make a note of it on your chart incase it does make your temp off a little.

I personally keep on my AC on 77 at night and leave the ceiling fan on.
