Hi everyone, I'm new here. I had a missed miscarriage and then a D&C on June 11th and bled for 16 days. Finally got my period (or what I thought was my period) on the 14th of July. Only had 4 days of bleeding. Well, I started bleeding again today. ACH! What is going on?!? Here is a link to my charts on fertilityfriend.com

Before I got pregnant my cycles were like clock work and now I'm afraid that I'm going to be all messed up now since the miscarriage. Anybody familiar with this happening to them? Any info is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Taryn

Taryn....

Welcome to Justmommies. I am soooo sorry for your loss. I had a missed m/c at 14 weeks. My *cycles* were very similar to what you are experiencing. I bled/spotted/bled/spotted for two weeks and then two weeks later had AF. My next cycle was normal. The only difference is now my cycles seem to be 30-31 days instead of 28.

I hope that helps.

Once again welcome and I am glad you found us....

Bobbie

Taryn I am sooo glad to hear from you. I had a miscarriage and D&C on July 3. At my follow-up my doctor said it takes at least 2 cycles for you body to completely "reset". Between now and then things aren't expected to be consistent. It hreally is nice to hear from people who know what you are going through. This was my first pregnancy and has hit me very hard. My husband and I are going to wait until Jan. to try again.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am still hurting emotionally but made some changes in my life that made it a little easier to deal with (mainly work environment). I am ttc currently and waiting to ovulate (should be any day now!!). May I ask why you are waiting until January? That seems so far away!
