SO does my temp elevate to show when I'm ovulating? I've just started charting and don't know much about it so I wanted to be prepared. Also, does it elevate when you are pg? That way if AF is late maybe I will know from my chart.

to my knowledge it elevates when pg and when u o. and when af is on her way it goes down.

I would take the Fertility Friend course they send you through email. It helps A LOT


Basically you should see a drop in temp with a quick rise. When you chart does that, that is when you O. (Well the temp has to stay up for a couple days) Click on the link in my siggy to see what I mean. After that your temps will stay above what they were before O. Sometimes your temp will drop when AF is coming. For some people it doesn't drop until AF shows.

Charting is a lot of fun and addicting....oh yeah and so easy to obsess over! Have fun!
