that Friday is the 1yr anniversary of my 1st surgery confirming/removing the ectopic pg. It's so hard to believe it was only a year ago, so much has happened that it seems longer than that.
Right now I'm feeling upbeat and okay about it all, but I think that's just because PMS hasn't hit yet

On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss
