Good luck tomorrow!!! I think it really depends on the person taking your blood, the first few times I had blood drawn it was so awful, it felt like they were yanking my vein out of my arm but then I finally got a different person and I tell you I didn't even feel it.

Well you guys are 100% right. It's all in how and who takes your blood. This lady was amazing. I seriously was not uncomfortable at all. A little nervous, but heck that's normal right? They took about 15 tubes of blood. I felt really lightheaded while she was taking it. Like I was gonna pass out, but luckily didn't.

Turns out my "blood volume" is okay. My platelet count? was 36. He said all the tests that they could have results on immediately looked good. I am still waiting for one more result, but he said it doesn't seem like I have the certain disorder they tested for.

I also asked him about this clotting disorder that I have read about that causes m/c. He knew what I was talking about and looked into my file and saw that that blood test has never been done, and ordered it. Finally I will know for sure if that is what could have caused my m/c. That in itself made the entire apt worth it. I will have both results in about a week.

Thanks for listening
