I am getting serious now about wanting to get a couple pounds off soon. I know severe weight loss is not good for TTC...so I will have to do it slowly. Atkins is a no-no

I would love to lose 30 but I will aim for 18 more right now. I have lost 7 already. My current weight is 148. My goal is 125. I just plan on using the treadmill and eating better.
Is anyone else with me? And if so lets use this thread for motivation and check ins.
So what is you goal... you don't have to post your current weight if you don't want to.
