Dairy---- women who got a full serving daily of a full fat dairy product (examples given were a full glass of whole milk, 1.5 ozs of cheese of a full serving of ice cream) conceived faster than those who didnt drink or eat any dairy products and those who used "lowfat" dairy products actually took longer to conceive than those having none. It went on to say that something in the dairy fat was supportive of ovulation and increased the odds of getting pregnant where as lowfat works against your fertility...

Drinking grapefruit juice before ovulation, increases cm
Yams increase progesterone
Robitussin---1st make sure the only active ingredient is guaifenesin and then start 5 days before ovulation through the day you ovulate and take 2 teaspoons 3 x per day. helps thin out cm so those spermies can swim !

green tea--- is good for mucus and since caffeine reduces fertility by 15% get the decaf.
pineapple juice ---is supposed to help with healing and somehow aids in implantation. However, you stop drinking it after you get a BFP.
Raspberry tea increases fertility

I knew about the Robutussin theory. One of my closet friends just got pregnant and kept telling me to buy some. I thought it was crazy but she did get pregnant after she took it. Maybe ill try it...don't know. Well thanks for sharing that info.

someone on FF mentioned taking Omega 3-6-9 complete (nordic naturals) and it worked for her. I am trying it this cycle.
