If I am at work I drink about 12. I am always thirtsy there... LOL If I am at home probably about 6.

On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss

It's hard for me to keep with glasses of water. So I drink maybe 3-4 bottles of water a day.

I am the bad one here.... zero. I try to drink one cup a day. I have to increase my intake.

I have no clue!! Silly I know but I just don't keep track. I probably should up my in take b/c it never hurts.
The one thing I do do---don't laugh---is monitor my pee. Yep, I said it. My DR told me that we get more water than we realize from the foods we eat...meaning we don't necessarily HAVE to drink 8 glasses of water a day. He told me to check my pee. If it looks like it's watered down lemonade ( a very mellow yellow LOL) than I'm fine. If it's darker yellow then I better drink more.

I hate water! But I drink about 3 cups and 1 20oz bottle of crystal light a day. I got hooked on the stuff when I has gestational diabetes with DD. I know it has aspitaim (sp?) in it but the nutritionist said it was better than anything els (but plain water).
