Okay, okay, I have led a sheltered life....lol.

Yesterday I went for my sono to see if the ov cyst was gone. Yippeeeee, it was gone.... I thought I would see the RE, but I have to make separate appointment for that. Needless to say I was disappointed... but I got to speak to the nurse today and she was sooooooo nice. I have never felt so comfortable with a doc or nurses in all my life.

Nurse said that doc suggested I get a basal temp thermometer and monitor my temps. Also start to chart cycle.... (I had already been doing that just for myself). He also suggested getting an ovulation predictor kit.

I only purchased a thermometer and pregnancy tests lol.... Feel part of the group now. Let's see I can chart temp and become a pg test junkie. lol....

When I was at the doc's office, I started becoming very depressed. I saw too many pregnant ladies and it was a bit much to bear.

Thanks for reading, I will have a question later.

Hi Hon

Yay! For a pretty good apt. I am glad to hear the cyst is gone

With temping I learned the hard way that you have to temp at the same time every day and should try to do it when you are pretty sure you won't be up before that. I originally picked the time of 8:00 but woke up before that a lot and had to temp early. Now I temp at 7:00am and so far so good. My charts look more stable now.

About OPK's... I have had really good luck with the Answer brand that you dip, not pee on. They sell them in a 20 pack for around $20-$25. The mid-stream Answer don't work nearly as well as the dip kind. Other than that the only other ones that I have found to work good are the ClearBlue easy digital. No guess work there

If you have any questions at all....ask away

Bobbie

Have you started charting? How's it going if you have?

Thanks for the replies. I haven't started charting yet. I do know that I am fertile these days because of the CM and my CD... Let's face it, I am trying to keep all the days "covered".

I will start charting next month if I have to. Let's hope I don't. Time is a ticking here and I am supposed to be stress free. LOL.
