On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss

no!!! I do try to, well, not bottle it up, bc that's not good, but let it out in other ways - usually I put it all into those cleaning jobs I always put off. Crying it all out always gives me a tension headache for days. But that doesn't stop me from having the occasional good cry if it really needs to come out.

i try not to be emotional...thats just the was i was brought up..kinda sucks. but i find when i do watch a movie or a show, and it is sad i will cry...i just need to!! thats a good question!
