So I have been having lab work done once a week to monitor my levels of hcg (last week I was 16) and I got the call last night that they are back to 0!!!!

This is such good news for us as we want to try again! WHOOPPEEE!!!!!!!!

The other piece of good news is that I believe I am very close to ovulating! Guess I know what I will be doing this weekend!

I totally understand your relief and excitement. Mine took 8 weeks to get back down and it was soooooo hard to wait and wait and wait.

I had been testing weekly and then one day my period came right out of the blue! I have never been so happy to see AF in my life!

Congrats! Happy baby making!

I am just curious how you have kept track of your cycle while going through you m/c. I m/c around the same time as you about 2 wks ago but have no idea where in my cycle I am. I suppose if you count the m/c as day one of the cycle it is possible that I too could be getting close to O but have had no indicators that, that is the case. After my D&C it took a few days for me to start really bleeding and then the bleeding I had was much like a very painful period and did last about a wk so I'm curious to think that I could have had a period that soon after a m/c but I suppose it is possible. I just noticed that you seem to be charting and was wondering what information you are using to chart by this reccent after a m/c.

I use fertility friend which if you google it will take you straight to their website. The website says that if you miscarry early on you can assume that the start of bleeding from a M/C is day 1 of your cycle. I was also told that because I had a natural miscarriage that I could count the miscarriage itself as cycle day 1. I really have no other way of knowing if I ovulated or not. I can only assume I did because otherwise I am totally nuts with these symptoms!

Wow! That is totally not at all what I have been told even with an early m/c. I have been told you have to wait until your next regular period after the m/c before you can start tracking your cycle because a m/c and the hormones created can throw your cycle off from what it was originally. It will be interesting to see how your cycle pans out!
