Yesterday my temp went up by two-tenths-of-a-degree higher than it has been all cycle. This small temp rise seems to have corresponded with my OPK results for indicating ovulation, but the OPK results have been a bit confusing in general. Today my temp was the same as yesterday.

Question: Is two-tenths-of-a-degree a high-enough jump to be considered an ovulatory rise?

Any advice would be so appreciated. Thanks so much!!

I hear ya about OPK's. Some brands really aren't much help. What brand did you use? Do you have a link to your chart? Usually the temp has to go up and stay up for three days to give you an O date.

Have you posted this on the Fertility Charting board? They may be able to help out too.
