just wanted to tell u all im sry i missed chat tonight i hope it was as fun as last mon. and i thought id give u ladies a update on the situation.

well tomm./today hopefull they will have our drug test results in and come and let me have my baby boy back. my mom brought him over today and he looked so good just made me miss him more the bad part is she walked out of the appartment and he started to cry like he used to for me but he didnt do it long and then when it was time for them to leave he was ready to go and that really really hurt i know hes at that age on what hes gonna do is what hes gonna do but he didnt even act like he had time for me at all and also acted like he didnt want me anymore. this weeknd sucked big time and i dont wanna feel like this anymore i miss him so much. i still wanna find out who did this and all that. my mother in law i went ahead and told her about the situation but not my father in law but like i was saying my mother in law is trying to disscurage us from takeing leagull actions im so connfussed on what to do and i also got to thanking that this person is a sry person for doing this to us. let me ask u all something?

If you was me and had all this going on would u try to press charges theres 3 i can press and ones for emotional stress?

It's hard to say. I think I would press charges because there is no reason for someone to put you through all of that. I can understand that we have this systom to protect children but that is bull to have charges brought against good parents for no reason. After all you and your family has been through I think I would want somebody to take responsability for it.

I also wanted to say again how sorry I am. You son will be back with you soon and then you can put this whole thing behind you or teach the person who caused it a lesson. Etiher way I am behind you one hundred percent!!

I am so sorry you are going thru this!!! If it was us, DH would certainly find a way to press charges! But keep in mind that in some states if you go to a small claims court, they do not allow for emotional distress, so you'll have to check and see what your state allows.
Hope you get Clayton back soon!!!!!

ty both were still waiting for them to get the results today im hopeing they get them so he can come home. i started calling them at 8 am. so were waiting for them to call us back again w/results so hopefully soon. and i know i am not spelling this right but i thank we can get them for faulsly accusing us as well im trying to thank of what else

Tosha, i hope that u get the results back soon! and u can hold ur little man once again! i would file for emotional distress..thats not fair to any parent to go through this. over something that someone made up! i wish u all the best and im thinking about u and ur family!
