Today was my first RE appointment. There is still some tissue or clots or something in my uterus from my m/c & d&c July 20th. So they did my blood work and checked my hcg levels and progesterone. They thought I had just ovulated but I hadn't since my progesterone was so low so the cyst that had formed on my left ovary never released... it grew to 6cm and is now back down to 4cm so it's slowly getting smaller. They are starting me on progesterone today 2 pills at nite for 7 days. Then once my period starts I will have another sono. Then once all that stuff is cleared up.... hopefully just by the meds and not another d&c!, He said he will start me on clomid and iui!
I am so excited.. I know I still have a bit to go but as soon as my uterus is cleared out they are going to get right to it!
I couldn't be happier.. I called my regular ob and she was so excited. She said a few months and we could be back to being seen for prenatal vists!
She is thrilled for us!

Anyways.. I can't wait to go to bed to take my first pills.. I want everything cleaned out so we can get started.. if the uterus was clear I would have started the IUI this cycle!
UGH!

Anyways.. Just wanted to update you all.. I came home so happy and I think Troy was glad to hear the news.. He's not thrilled about the IUI process but he's willing to do whatever it takes.

TTC #1 since Feb 2006
Apr 06 - m/c. Aug 06 to Jan 06 - TTC naturally.
Feb 07 to Nov 07 - 5 unsuccessful IUI's with injectibles,1 ectopic,1 Laproscopy.Lost left tube

IVF:
Jan 08 IVF # 1 - Ovulated Early. Converted to IUI -BFN
Mar 08 IVF # 2 - BFN

New RE:
May 08 - Clomid and IUI- BFP
Thank you Jesus for this miracle.

Our Precious baby born 5 Feb 09 @ 7:52pm. 7lb 8oz, 19 1/2"

Well I am going to be counting the days til I'm done with teh progesterone and then waiting with fingers crossed that the sono shows all is gone!

THEN FINALLY we can get the show on the road!
