Hello ladies....

My name is Brandi. I'm 23 years old....

5 weeks ago today, I gave birth to my conjoined twin boys "Asher & Noah"

Due to the nature in which the boys were conjoined, they were "non viable" and DH and I had to make the difficult decision to deliver prematurely....

The doctors wanted to do a D&C, however, I refused because my babies were very much alive and I did not agree with them "cutting up" my babies.....

I chose to carry my boys until 16 weeks, at which point I was admitted to the hospital and induced.....my boys were stillborn and I am comforted in knowing that they felt no pain....

They were born with their arms wrapped around each other, which was probably the most heartwarming sight of my life....

Next Friday DH and I will officially start TTC again......Asher and Noah were our first two children, and we're looking forward to having a healthy baby this time around.....we feel blessed to have two beautiful angels watching over us from above....and we feel confident that they will help make our dreams come true.....


My heart goes out to every mother here who has lost a child........

Hi Brandi,
We were in the same DDC. I have so much respect for the decision you and your DH made regarding the birth of your boys. Your boys touched so many people! I wish you lots of luck in your TTC journey!
I did Clomid for the first time this cycle and would love to see a BFP here soon! I hope you get the same! Keep us updated!

It's good to see you here! I saw your post in the Jan DDC as I too lurk there with bitter sweetness. I too am hoping to conceive soo and wouldn't it be a riot if we ended up in the same DDC together again. Even better would be if Annissa joined us there too. Here's too a short stay for all of us ex-member of the Jan DDC.

I read your story on the PL Board. I have been wondering how you were doing. I admire your strength through all of this & truly hope the best for you in your ttc journey. This board is just wonderful....we are all here to support each other,give advice,vent when we need to and to make each other smile .

I hope you stay is short.... but fun We are a bit silly here at times. It helps to laugh while on the TTC RollerCoaster.

Thank you ladies.....well it's official.....I took my first Provera today....

Hopefully I will start AF this time (took Provera in April and it "didn't work"-dr. told me to take the Clomid anyway and I got preggo)

After I get AF, I will take Clomid (50mg) on cd 3-7.....Clomid worked last time I took it (got preggo on the first try) and I'm HOPING and PRAYING it works again......


I won't say that I'm "happy to be here", but I am glad that there is a place we can go and find comfort.....although I hope I'm not here long...I look forward to getting to know each of you while I'm here.....
