Hello everyone!

My name is Jessica, I'm 20 years old and I'm about to get into Trying to Conceive after Loss. I miscarried after 5 weeks and 1 day being pregnant on Friday, June 15th, 2007. I'm engaged to my wonderful fiance Dwayne (who is 29) and we recently decided to wait until I have 3 cycles to TTC. So far, I've had 2 cycles, so now it's a waiting period to my next cycle!

I was wondering - what goes on with TRYING exactly? Do you take temperatures, chart, observe moods. What goes on exactly?? I am absolutely CLUELESS as to what goes on!

How long did it take some of you to conceive after your loss?

I look forward to getting to know you all!

hey there Jessica

I know you
welcome to the board !!
as for what goes on while trying....well, lets see....charting everything !,keeping a check on cm & cp ,venting, charting some more, obsessing, peeing on every stick you can get your hands on.....and sharing it all with this great bunch of ladies. If you are thinking about charting, you may want to check out fertiity friend.com. Many ladies here use it and would be more than happy to help you if you have any questions.
I really think you will like it over here, its a fun bunch

glad to see you over here,

Dee

Welcome Jessica and I am very sorry for your loss.
The women on here are a wealth of information on charting so ask all you want (just not me,....I haven't started charting yet )
You are at a prime age for conceiving so I do hope your stay here is short and sweet!

Hi ya Jessica!

it's good to finally see you over here

About TTC....well really it's just about baby dancing

It helps if you try to figure out the best days to do it. You can use ovulation predictor kits, charting (you need a BBT... they sell them at Rite-Aid),etc. It's up to you how involved you want to get. If you just want to baby dance try every other day from Cycle Day 10-26. They "say" sperm can live up to five days in the right conditions. The more sperm partying in your tubes waiting for that slow egg the better

I am really excited you are finally here.

Welcome Jessica. Im glad to see u here. Im sorry to hear about your loss.
I personally have been ttc for about 4 months now.
I try not to use the charts and stuff, cause i get lost with all the terms and remembering to put everything in its spot..lol..
but i found just one site that was easy for me, and it keeps track of my AF and when the big "O" is.
i would chart ur AF just to get a ruff time line when u O..
good luck in ttc!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies!!!!

So, to start I should open an account with fertilityfriend.com and start entering my information like when my period starts & stops, whenever I "baby dance" and the way the CM looks and feels? Is that right??
