First, I 'd like to start feeling better....I am fighting a losing battle against being sick

Today I had to bake an anniversary cake for Mick's grandparents using his grandma's recipe.....nothing like a little pressure. We are supposed to go there tonight for dinner, but I really do not think I will make it. I'll just have to make sure Mick brings home leftovers

This weekend is our first free one in a Looooooooooong time ! No one needs anything repaired,connected,moved or cleaned out.
our plans are shopping,bd'ing..lol, just spending time together,football on Sunday, did I mention bd'ing?

tonight is a "date night", me & DH and 2 other couples are going out to dinner and then to see a play so that will be lots of fun! then tomorrow we are getting started installing the baseboards - they're finally done - bc the carpet is getting installed Thurs - WOOHOO!!! the light at the end of this very long remodelling tunnel is getting much nearer!!!

Nothing too exciting here... I've got to go into work for a few hours tomorrow morning then I'm off until Tuesday.... I'm on my way out in a few to go buy some new art supplies so I think I'll spend the weekend trying to get back into that hobby... dh picked up a few new parts for his car so we all know where he'll be
