Hi Girls,

I found out I was pregnant in August but sadly miscarried 2 weeks later. My boyfriend and I decided to wait a few months to ttc again so we would be more financially stable (we just started a business together). I started back on birth control pills (yaz) last month and completed an entire cycle. However, my period came 4 days late and when it finally came, lasted only for 2 days. I took some HPTs, but both of them came back BFN. I've been on my new pack of bcp's for a week and a half now and have been completely nauceous for the past 5 days. I can barely stomach anything and feel a weird churning in my belly. My breasts are also very sore for being this early-on in my cycle and I find myself completely exhausted lately. Is there a chance I could be pg?? Of course I would be absolutely thrilled, but I just don't know if it's possible! Tell me what you think!!

if i were you i'd check with your doctor. it could just be your body getting used to the pill. i actually had those symptoms when i started the pill in the past. are you taking the pill on an empty stomach? that could cause the nausea.
whatever it is, i hope you start to feel better soon.

I had such a bad reaction to certain pills once I ended up in the Dr's office.


I would call and ask for a PG test just to be sure and then switch to a lower dose pill. I have had the same type of reaction to certain pills. My body was never a huge fan of BCP's.
