Thanks girls

It went well. I got there at 7:00am and was out of there by 11:00am.

It was a little different than when I had the D&C from my m/c.

With the m/c D&C they knocked me out before they put me in the stirrups. This time I was awake for that *uncomfortable* (mentally) part. I walked to the OR instead of being wheeled there. It was a different OR and waiting/recovery room too. Everyone was really nice they were joking around with me which made me relax a little more. My blood pressure was slightly high pre-op. Post-op it was 112/62. Kinda low for me... maybe that's why I am so tired?

I came home and slept from noon until 6:30pm and I am still tired. I am not in any real pain... no major cramping.

I temped this morning and it looks like I Oed two days ago. GRR so I am really out this month. (Unless by some act of God the egg and sperm met and went untouched through this procedure.) Not likey. Oh well. There is always next month. If Dave's SA comes back normal there will be nothing in my way So beware I will be REALLY obsessed next cycle!

Thanks for thinking of me... I promise to be back and posting more soon.

Love ya girls!!!!!!!

I am so glad it went well!!!
You know, the fertilized egg travels thru the fallopian tubes for 5 - 12 days or something like that, so if you just O'd a couple days ago, in my unprofessional opinion there's a chance they are still partying in one of your tubes. Did they completely clean you out or just remove the polyps? If they completely cleaned you out then I'd say you're out this month.

yeah, i ended up with my BFP a few days after a laparoscopy and my tubes were actually flushed! but, we know how that turned out--not that the surgery caused the outcome. so, what i'm trying to say is, anything is possible!!
glad you did okay. did they numb you before they put the IV in?

I have no idea what they actually did. I am the *knock me out and tell me nothing* type. I know he said the Polyp was really small. Which is good I guess. We only BD one day that would count for a BFP so chances are pretty slim. I know I won't be peeing on a stick 4 times a day this month. If I do get a BFP it will really be a miracle

I asked about numbing before the IV. She said the numb with a needle (YUCK) ... and it sometimes makes the veins tighten up. She didn't reccomend doing it unless the vein was going to be hard to find. My veins are easy... so I just dealt with it. I can tell you I was not happy for that first hour after she put the IV in. That ###### thing itched and stung. UGH I am sooooo glad it's all over with <phew>

Okay now I am going back to bed.... see you ladies tomorrow.

to all!
