My temps are just all over the place. As soon as I think I have O'd my temp takes a dive again. I just do not understand. Oh well at least I'm not actively TTC this month so hopefully it will balance itself out soon. What do you think?

I have a feeling FF will move your CH's to today if you temp goes up again and stays up.

Do you try to temp at the same time each day? How well are you sleeping? If you wake up a lot some nights that might be why you see really high temps some days.

Other than that.... I have no idea..... not much help huh? Sorry

No, No, you've been helpful because I have actually considered the whole sleeping thing. I'm an insomniac so there are nights that I just can't go to sleep when it's time to go to sleep so I stay up playing on the computer and such and then go to bed around 11 or 12. Then on top of that Dh has to be up at 4 am most mornings to go to work and I'm the one who has to get out of bed to hit the snooze button that sits on top of the dresser. I usually fall back to sleep after he leaves around 4:30 or 5 and then wake up and temp to my alarm at 7 am. However on those nights I've stayed up late is when I've gotten the high temps and on the nights I've gone to bed earlier and slept real well is when I've gotten my really low temps so who knows could very well just be my crazy sleep pattern. Guess I should just make a habit of going to bed earlier, if I can sleep, and maybe start temping at 4 am when Dh gets up. He only has one day a week that he doesn't have to be up that early and that is Wed, and so I don't want to set an alarm and wake him up when he doesn't have to be woke up, but I suppose as long as I still temped that day, to have one day a week that is off shouldn't be all bad.
Whooo, all this just to figure out when that darn eggie is released. I wish sometimes it was easier than that, like x-ray vision or something, wouldn't that me nice?

Courtney...

I really think that's what is causing your chart to look like that. If it were me I would temp at 4am before you get up to hit the snooze. Even if you go to bed at midnight. On the one day that he doesn't have to be up, I would set an alarm and temp anyway if you are close to O. If it's really early cycle or after O, just skip that days temp. I promise it does get easier

Some days I don't get to bed until 3am and still temp at 7am. Doesn't seem to affect my temps as much as temping at different times. The first month I charted I just temped whenever I woke up anywhere from 7am-11am. Talk about a messy chart Use this month to figure out what works for you...and next month there will be nothing stopping you!
