I really think that's what is causing your chart to look like that. If it were me I would temp at 4am before you get up to hit the snooze. Even if you go to bed at midnight. On the one day that he doesn't have to be up, I would set an alarm and temp anyway if you are close to O. If it's really early cycle or after O, just skip that days temp. I promise it does get easier
Some days I don't get to bed until 3am and still temp at 7am. Doesn't seem to affect my temps as much as temping at different times. The first month I charted I just temped whenever I woke up anywhere from 7am-11am. Talk about a messy chart
