ok, long story short, I fell asleep on top of the comfortor and woke up FREEZING, I took my temp, it was 97.0
covered back up, went back to sleep (under normal conditions...lol) temped when I woke up 4 hrs later. it was 98.0


do I go with the first one or 2nd?

I know I sound ridiculous dont I?

I don't think you sound rediculous because it means a huge difference in your chart, but I don't know what to tell you. Sorry!

When that has happened to me I have gone with the first one, but in the notes section I make a note of the second temp. You can always discard todays temp if you don't like how it looks. It will still show up, but not be considered for analyzing your chart. (If you look at mine there are two at the begining of my cycle I did that with).
