Yup, eating some foods that are organic. Trying to eat more veggies.
I backslid a little after the m/c because I was thinking who cares since I do not have a baby to nourish anymore.

Now I'm trying to be good again. One thing I am doing differently just recently is eating more fat and protein. I've lost a little weight over the past year and I'm a small person...I think I need more fat on my body to help get pregnant and support a baby!

Yes a little. I have to watch my carb intake being diabetic, but other than that I still eat what I want. In the 2ww I won't eat fish high in mercury, won't eat to much sugar, and try to be a good girl in the 2ww. I am a big fan of salads, veggies, and fruit though so it isn't too hard.

Rhonda,

I here ya on that one....I hit a few rough spots where I ate a few no-no's awhile ago.....and felt it big time!
watching the carbs big time, since this little bean made my sugar go up fast !!!! Started back on low dose of insulin already because I was afraid to eat anything!

I'm bad at watching what I eat. Once I'm pregnant I will, and I did with my previous pregnancies, but until then...I'm pretty relaxed. But I've never really been one to over-indulge.

I always watch what I eat - but I am more consistent with getting all my servings of veggies and fruits in every day. Halloween is making it difficult to stay away from the sweets - but I am trying. I am a bigtime wino - so giving up the vino during the tww has been tough. I must admit I had a glass last night. Moderation is key.

Um. Is this a trick question?

Nope... I still eat junk. I try to lay off the sugar and NO fake sugar at all.

I don't eat anything green. I just can't get past the color. It's weird I am not a fan of veggies except raw carrots, potatoes, and corn.

I know.... I am weird!

ME TOO. I miss my red wine during the TWW. Other than that I stay away from goat cheese, feta, the soft nonpasteurized cheeses that I love. Can't really think of much else I avoid though...oh wait, COFFEE! how could I forget that...I try to limit the amount of coffee/caffeine that I have. That can really be difficult when it's crunch time @ school & I need to stay up late studying!
