Okay ladies, I need a mid-day reassurance because I can't have the immediate gratification I need. I am awaiting blood tests from my doctor to check on my levels. I told some of you in chat last night that my hcg is good, but my progesterone is pretty low. I started supplements yesterday in response to that.

Here are results so far:

Friday blood: hCG 1617, prog 8.2
Monday blood: hCG 5600+, prog ???

The results for hCG were in but not the progesterone test. My hCG more than doubled - and then some! What do you know about any of this, and does anyone have anything they can say to calm my nerves until I hear something? I don't know if hCG and progesterone are exactly related enough to say you can know about one from the other. Is the hCG being so high a good sign?

Anyone ever thought of inventing a little button you can push that tells you everything in the uterus is okay at that moment? Agh!!!

~Lauren

Sorry about multiple posts... JM was freaking out. But, so was I!!!

If you go to the pregnancy after loss board there is a great link on the top little bolded threads (not sure what you would call thoses) for a HCG and Progst. table.

But your beta count looks like it is going up nicely! Typically (per my doctor) they like your progesterone to be above a 10 or 15 but mine was like an 8 with DD and they just put me on a progesterone suppliment for my 1st trimester and DD turned out healthy and happy at 38 & 1/2 weeks.

Check out that link on the Preg after loss board. Those ladies are so wonderful and they help to easy a wondering mind.

P.S. Hi ladies! I think I will be back here in a month or so...but I am going to keep lurking for now
