Awwww, I'm sorry Dee.

I actually happen to stop by that board a while ago today, and couldn't believe what I read in one of the posts. So incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I just don't understand why people can't state their opinions without judging others for theirs.

You don't need that stress right now anyways!!

It was probably the same post that made me realize it is just not worth the aggravation.
only a handful of ladies post, many are just afraid to because of being attacked.....we may see one or 2 new members, but they rarely return. It is a shame.......oh well, I tried!

I am sorry you had to go thru that! Pets are so much fun to talk about!
I used to belong to a rottweiler board, but it got to be like a clique, if you weren't part of the "popular group", all your posts got crapped on by those in the "group". So I left for about a year. I finally came back and saw that the board was much more positive, and I posted a re-introduction, and wouldn't you know within 10 minutes my nice friendly post was deleted. After that I stopped going there.

it is really crazy !!

Believe me I am an animal lover, big time, and am passionate about certain animal issues, BUT I do not feel I have the right to tell someone else they are right or wrong with the way the raise their animals...or their kids for that matter..IF it were a blatant abuse situation, that's different....its so frustrating....

Ah, don't worry about it. I am sure acting as a mediator rather than a moderator is trying on your patience! I saw the post today too, that girls posts were uncalled for. Makes you want to just cyber sock um

eta: I wanted to add that it is always one bad seed that spoils the bunch. Most of the girls over there seem very nice. Don't cha hate that!

aww that's too bad. I haven't ever ventured over there-I pretty much stick to the TTC boards. Sorry it was nasty over there! Glad you are taking care of yourself though and not getting dragged down by it...

most if them are, the problem is, there are lurkers IMO for that room, that love to POUNCE on certain types of posts. It just drove me nuts. I'll still post there, but I just feel it will be easier not to have to worry about "troublemakers".....I hope

I am sorry about that whole mess Dee. I know that your stress level will drop. It is ashame that some people don't know when enough is enough and pass judgement into others. There is a time and a place for all that muck and unfortunately some people don't know when it is appropriate. So Sorry you had to go thru all that!
