Ok girls,I feel really stupid, I know that I know better. That said, Zack and I DTD today after work. Apprently not seeing eachother for more than 5 hours makes us that excited. Anyhow, no protection, planned on putting a condom on but it didn't happen. I had a miscarriage on Oct. 17. I went to the Dr. twice and the last time I went was on Sat. the 27th and my Dr. said I still had the pregnancy hormone and it showed that I was still pregnant but the number was low. I'm thinking I'm safe from getting pregnant right? There's no way I could have ovulated or anything right? I'm an idiot. I don't think emotionally or physically I'm ready to be pregnant so fast. Help put my fears to rest.

Thanks.

in my opinion, i think you are safe. i ovulated later than usual because the pregnancy hormone took a little while to get out of my system.
you'll be just fine.

Erika.....

Honestly I don't know very many women who got PG before the first AF arrived after a m/c. I know it does happen... but it doesn't seem to happen very often.

I will send AF to you

I think it's probably a very slim chance.

I did the SAME thing, we DTD about 2 weeks after my m/c and I was worried I'd get pregnant, but I didn't.

My dh and I dtd several times after my m/c, the first time only a couple days afterward. I actually kind of wanted to be pg again right of way and nothing so I wouldn't worry. I agree with Bobbie, I know it can happen but it's not common place so I think your fine. Take care of yourself and don't stress. You'll be fine!
Hugs,

I am sure like everyone else you will be alright. It doesn't happen often. Try not to worry to much. I think you are in the clear.

Thanks girls. It seems pretty impossible to ovulate while still having the preg. hormones in me. Just wanted to hear a little reassurance from all of you! I'm cleaning the house tonight b/c I have an interior designer coming over tomorrow AAAHH but I'll be "taking breaks" from cleaning and I'll be on. Hope everyone is having a fun Friday night and a great weekend!!!
