Oh man That sucks so much to get you hopes up and then get a BFN. I am sorry. I don't know much about temps but I know some of the other ladies could answer that question. I really hope AF does not show up. (((HUGS)))

Im sorry to hear about the I havent been temping much either but am going to start again next cycle. There is board for fertility charting and the girls over there are very helpful. Also if you sign up for fertilityfriend there is a tutorial that you can take. They email you a lesson a week I think. That will help you out a lot too.

Sorry about the BFN. As for charting, do like Angela suggested (if you haven't already) and sign up with fertilityfriend.com and also sign up for their tutorial. When I signed up for the lessons/tutorial, I got one per day, so I'm assuming that's still how it works, but I'm not 100% sure. You also don't need to pay for fertility friend, but you can if you choose to have a VIP account as opposed to the free complimentary account (I just use a complimentary account and I do get free 5 day VIP trials every once in awhile). It's relatively easy to temp, just make sure you do so at the same time every morning. If you have to, set an alarm next to your bed for the same time every day so that you can wake up and temp and if you set it for really early, you can roll over and go back to sleep when you're done. Also, remember that you should temp after 3-4 hours of undisturbed sleep. I'm probably making it sound more confusing/difficult than it is and it may seem overwhelming at first, but it is really easy when it's part of your routine.

ETA: I also forgot to add that you need to temp before you do anything else (getting up, walking, talking, etc) because doing something will affect your temp.

So sorry about the bfn. I got AF today full force so I know the frustration. Anyways about temping, fertility friend is great! Also wanted to add that it is important to temp at the same time every day (my mistake the very first time). A great book is Taking Charge of your Fertility. Oh and it isn't over until the witch shows up. Your cycle might not be like clockwork just yet, so you might give it a few more days. GL! And if you ever need to talk you can always email me or find me on myspace. http://www.myspace.com/sweet7887
